Return Policy

For returns, call us within 15 days of receiving your order. You must contact the Safety Today Customer Service Department prior to returning any products to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number . Items must be returned within 15 days of the RGA being issued. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in the unit of measure received in,  in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Special orders and direct shipments are subject to the prior approval and the returned goods policy of the manufacturer. A restocking fee will apply on all returns.  Items with custom artwork or imprints and custom orders are not returnable, unless the problem is due to an error made by Safety Today.
